What is a BeMS?

A Building Energy Management System (BeMS) monit​ors and controls energy powered services, such as air-conditioning, heating and ventilation, to ensure the building is operating at maximum levels of efficiency, whilst removing wasted energy usage and, in turn, associated costs.

How is this done? The optimal efficiency level is achieved by continuously maintaining the correct balance between operating requirements, external and internal environmental conditions, and energy usage.
